Argus Solutions wins product contract with Government of Wales

Australian biometrics developer Argus Solutions has won a half million dollar deal with the Government of Wales (Welsh Assembly). The order takes Argus’ product order in the UK to around $1 million. Argus was formed eight years ago and has been in business with various UK Government departments since 2004/2005.


Bruce Lyman, chief executive officer of Argus Solutions, states “It’s typical of high technology, it’s not recognized [in Australia] and that has to do with Government departments choosing to go with bigger name vendors when tenders come up.”
