Wyse releases new OS for thin-client devices

The new Wyse Thin OS expands its secure roaming biometrics, reliability and multimedia capabilities. One specific new feature includes roaming biometrics and smart card support with IdentiPHI SAFsolution 5 which enables biometric and smart card users to not only roam from station to station but also securely access the same virtual environment regardless of which station they are using to connect.

Wyse Thin OS 6.2 has functionality for popular Virtual Desktop environments from Citrix Systems, Inc., Microsoft® and VMware®. Wyse is headquartered in San Jose, California. [end]
