Canadian retailer chooses ITR for biometric employee management

La Vie En Rose, a leading Canadian retailer for upscale lingerie and swimwear, has tapped biometrics developer ITR to implement a biometric based employee time and attendance system in their 150 stores. TimeZone is a web-based system that is capable of time clock functionality as well as a number of human resources and administrative functions.

Over the past few years, La Vie En Rose has experienced rapid growth which required a larger work force. As the administrative needs for each store grew as a result from their growing work force, executives at La Vie En Rose found ITR’s solution which they have reported seems to fit perfectly with the needs of a retail operation. [end]
