Cogent Systems, a developer of biometric technology, has signed a partnership agreement with Intercede Solutions so that Cogent will resell Intercede’s MyID Identity and Credential Management System as part of its own Cogent Personal Identity Verification Identity Management Solution. Cogent and Intercede have worked in the past on the Environmental Protection Agency’s EPASS program.
