SecuGen, a developer of biometric products, has announced the release of two new high-capacity fingerprint scanners. The two new scanners are called SDA04M, a non-FIPS compliant commercial application scanner, and the SDA04, a FIPS compliant scanner for government or commercial applications. Luxand announced release of a free, downloadable version of its Blink! facial recognition software.
