BIO-key International, a developer of biometric systems and solutions, has announced the appointment of Cecilia Welch to the position of vice president and chief financial officer. Welch had spent the previous two years at BIO-key as the company’s corporate controller with more than 20-years additional experience in operation and financial management in the technology industry.
