Voxeo partners with four voice biometrics developers

Voxeo, a provider of communication security solutions, has announced new partnerships with CSIdentity, PerSay, TradeHarbor and Vocalect, all developers of voice biometrics solutions. The new partnerships will allow both new and existing Voxeo customers to try out voice biometrics solutions with existing Voxeo offerings.


Voxeo feels that such a move is integral as many companies have been looking towards biometrics in order to solve issues related to costs of IT maintenance and security of personal or sensitive transactions.

Many of the new biometrics solutions offered through Voxeo are becoming common for use in call centers where a user may register their unique voiceprint and be verified over the phone from there on automatically by speaking a passphrase that will confirm their identity via matching up tot their registered voiceprint. [end] 

Auraya Systems announced the commercial release of its voice authentication solution called ArmorVox Speaker Identity System.

The solution, which was developed for system developers and call centers as either an enterprise or cloud-based solution, fuses text-independent and text-dependent voice-verification that automatically detect languages.
