AllTrust tackles customer service with biometrics

Monday, February 22, 2010

AllTrust Networks, a developer of biometric products and services, has announced it will be speaking at the Winter Biometrics Summit in Miami this week.

Specifically, the officials from AllTrust will be speaking to the ways in which biometric technology can improve an organizations customer service experience.

Among the points AllTrust maintains when speaking on this subject are that biometrics can lessen customer waiting time to have their identity authenticated for sensitive transactions and serve as a way to deter fraudsters and identity thieves.

The speaking engagement will also feature officials from National Supermarket #2 whom uses AllTrust’s biometric check cashing system Paycheck Secure. Carlos Hernandez, the owner of the supermarket chain, points towards the use of such a system helping them both reduce financial fraud as well as improve their image due to using new technologies. [end]

AllTrust Networks has announced that it has enrolled 6 million customers in its biometric check cashing system Paycheck Secure.

AllTrust officials report the news as proof to them both for the need of alternatives for those with no banks or under performing banks as well as further pushing their ability to ensure fraud protection for their customers.
