Mumbai smart homes using biometrics

Home builders in Mumbai are increasingly looking towards new technologies to add features to the homes they are building that are both unique and helpful to the eventual owner, according to a NDTV article.

Among those are biometric door locks that require an authorized user’s fingerprint swipe to unlock doors to the home. Other features being installed include control over appliances via text messages sent from a mobile phone.
