Lumidigm named among top 300 startups

Lumidigm has announced they have been recognized as being among the top 300 startups in 2011 by the fundedIDEAS publication called TOP 300 STARTUPS with a ranking of 29th overall.

Those honored in the publication scored in the top 300 across 14 parameters for business performance including the strength of its management team, business model, execution strategy and technological innovations. In addition to its being recognized as a top startup, Lumidigm also was awarded Product Innovation of the Year for Fingerprint Biometrics North America 2010 by the research firm Frost & Sullivan for their multispectral fingerprint sensor. [end] 

Key Source International announced that it has integrated the Lumidigm Mariner fingerprint reader into the KSI-1700 professional series keyboard system. Offering integrated security and auto ID in a HIPAA-compliant desktop solution, the KSI-1700 keyboard system with the Lumidigm reader will be introduced at HIMSS in Las Vegas.

Lumidigm announced a partnership with Tiger IT Bangladesh Limited to bring a criminal identity solution that utilizes iris recognition and will also offer fingerprint recognition sensors from Lumidigm.
