Biometric Signature ID (BSI), a developer of gesture-based biometric solutions, has announced it has been awarded a second patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on its multi-factor gesture biometric technology used for identification authentication.

The solution, called BioSig-ID, authenticates an individual’s identity via unique movements of a mouse, interactions with a touch screen, finger or other body movement capturing speed, length, height, angles and direction of writing letter, or shapes.

BSI is targeting its solution as a fit for health care, banking, online learning, cloud and mobile computing and government. [end]
