Alexis Dawson

As part of Third Factor’s operations team since 2019, Alexis keeps program logistics running smoothly. Working with clients to ensure everyone has a tremendous experience with Third Factor is what she finds most gratifying.

Alexis is an organizer at heart, always looking for ways to streamline workflows and find efficiencies. A details person and Excel enthusiast, she enjoys being a student almost as much as coordinating learning experiences for others.

Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and completed a post-graduate program in Human Resources at Humber College. She also has a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training and Development from Schulich Executive Education Centre and extensive experience in the implementation of professional development programs.
