Chris Gentile is an experienced adult education specialist with a proven track record of partnering with business leads, functional heads and L&D leaders to design learning experiences that help teams reach their full potential.
Chris thrives on building authentic and collaborative relationships, operating under the belief that the strongest solutions are co-created. He is passionate about serving as a dedicated thought-partner to his clients, taking the time to deeply understand their unique organizational challenges and workforce needs to deliver tailored programs that drive lasting behavioural change and measurable impact.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely with senior corporate leaders to foster leadership capabilities, support cultures of ongoing learning and drive continuous improvement. Beyond his role at Third Factor, Chris brings his deep industry expertise directly into the classroom, teaching Learning and Development at Western University to help shape the next generation of L&D professionals.
Prior to joining Third Factor, Chris managed client relationships for customized executive education programs at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, where he collaborated with corporate leaders to build high-performing teams. Before Queen’s, Chris oversaw strategic partnerships at EF Education First, helping individuals foster personal growth and professional development on a global scale.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Adult Learning & Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at UofT. Outside of work, you can find Chris either at CrossFit, trying out a new restaurant or catching a show in the local live music scene.
