Tracy Wilson is an Olympic bronze medalist, broadcaster, and one of Canada’s most respected figure skating coaches. Alongside her late partner Rob McCall, Tracy won seven consecutive national titles and made history as the first Canadian ice dancers to reach the Olympic podium. Following her competitive career, she transitioned into coaching and television commentary, becoming a trusted voice for audiences on CBC, NBC, and TSN.
As a coach at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club, Tracy has worked with some of the world’s top skaters, including Olympic champions Yuzuru Hanyu and Javier Fernández. Her work combines deep technical expertise with a strong emphasis on the mental and emotional aspects of performance—an approach that aligns closely with Third Factor’s philosophy.
As a member of the Third Factor Sport Advisory Board, Tracy brings invaluable insight into the mindset and methods that help athletes thrive under pressure. Her perspective helps ensure our programs remain grounded in the real-world demands of elite performance while continuing to inspire leaders beyond the rink.
