Carrie Drybrough

Carrie leads Third Factor’s Operations team, the small but mighty group responsible for the behind-the-scenes co-ordination that keeps every program running at its best. Together, they oversee day-to-day operations, client service, and technology — making sure all the moving parts work together seamlessly.

With a deep belief that client experience is everything, no detail is too small. Their work spans program logistics, process design, compliance, and the central hub co-ordination that Third Factor’s trainers and clients rely on. Carrie brings genuine care and precision to building great systems and supporting the people around her — and that spirit carries through everything the team does.

Carrie brings nearly 30 years of experience in business operations, systems implementation, and project management to her role. She holds a B.A. in management economics from the University of Guelph. If something needs to get done well, Carrie’s team is who you want working on it.
