Carrie leads our Operations team, overseeing Third Factor’s day-to-day operations, client service, and technology. She is our resident ‘processes & systems’ guru, and works to harmoniously coordinate all aspects of program delivery. With an innate belief that client experience is paramount, there are no little details in her work. Her commitment to quality, perspectives and the support she provides exemplifies her genuinely caring nature.
Bringing more than 20 years’ experience to Third Factor, Carrie was most recently with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority and Investors Group Financial Services. Her roles have focused on business processes, systems implementation, compliance, and marketing. With a strong background in project management she has developed top notch systems for back-end process and central hub coordination. Carrie earned a B.A. in Management Economics at the University of Guelph. Her diligence in concert with her organized skill set epitomizes the old adage if you want something done give it to a busy person.
