This pre-work, which should take no more than 30 minutes of your time, introduces some of the key concepts of coaching and offers you a chance to self-assess. You’ll find some practical questions around ‘good’ vs. ‘bad’ coaching, as well as an opportunity to reflect on your strengths and opportunities in the key areas of listening and establishing rapport. Finally, you’ll decide on the coaching challenge you want to tackle through the workshop.
